Chris was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase our first home. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also infinitely patient with the million questions we had about every step of the process. He went above and beyond in dealing with the sellers (who were very difficult), and ensured we got the best possible deal. He even got us (very large) credits to fix a few aspects that were originally listed “as is”! We had to put 3 offers on the same house before we actually got it (due to the seller’s indecisiveness), and without Chris, we would never have won out in the end. We had a LOT of work that needed to be done after the purchase was completed, and Chris was able to recommend the perfect contractors, electricians, plumbers, tree trimmers, pool contractors, and everything else we needed. We would have had no idea where to even begin with any of those repairs had it not been for his guidance. The same goes for our mortgage setup. It was a bit of a complicated process in our case, and Chris was there every step of the way to ensure all our questions were answered, and that we closed in a timely manner (I believe it was 23 days) which is a miracle in itself with this particular property. Chris is extremely professional, but also an incredibly nice and fun person to be around. I highly recommend working with him.
